Thermal Grizzly PhaseSheet PTM - 50 x 40
Thermal Grizzly
The PhaseSheet PTM is a thermal pad based on a phase change material (PCM). The pads, which are solid at room temperature, can be easily applied and liquefy during operation, allowing them to effectively dissipate heat like a thermal paste. PhaseSheet PTM is electrically non-conductive and can therefore be used in many areas, with the primary application being in processors and graphics chips.

Thermal Grizzly KryoSheet Thermal Pad - 33 x 33mm
Thermal Grizzly
KryoSheet 33 x 33 mm Compatibility: AMD CPUs: Socket AM5 Nvidia GPUs: RTX 2080 ti, Titan RTX The graphene thermal pads of the Thermal Grizzly KryoSheet series can be used as an excellent alternative for thermal compounds from the higher performance segment. Similar to Carbonaut pads, they have a conformable surface with very high thermal conductivity. Compared to Carbonaut pads, KryoSheet as a high-end product offers significantly higher thermal conductivity. This increased thermal conductivity is not only due to the choice of material, but also to the innovative manufacturing process. KryoSheet does not contain any liquid components and is therefore not subject to normal ageing as is the case with traditional thermal paste. Drying out is not possible.. * Outstanding thermal conductivity * Easy to use * Consistently high performance * Extreme durability * Attention: Electrically conductive! Follow instructions! The KryoSheet graphene pads have a molecular structure stacked in the Z-direction. This optimised structure enables outstanding and constant thermal conductivity. This is due to a specially developed manufacturing process in which the hexagonal crystal structure of the graphite is broken up along the basal plane in order to exploit the anisotropy of the graphite's thermal conductivity. However, as a side effect of this complex manufacturing process, the electrical conductivity is also increased and the stability of the KryoSheet pads is affected, so that the pads should only be used according to instructions!

Thermal Grizzly Minus Pad Extreme - 120x20x1 mm
Thermal Grizzly
The minus pad extreme thermal pad is silicone based with modelling clay like consistency. This allows a perfect surface shaping with maximum possible compression. The minus pad extreme is electrically insulating. Due to the consistency only one-time use is recommended. The thermal conductivity was improved by about 260 % over the minus pad 8 which allows best cooling for tough cooling operations such as voltage regulators and memory ICs. * Most excellent thermal conductivity * No bleeding * Long-term stability * High compression rate Degree of hardness: Shore 00-65 Density: 3,38g/cm³ Electrically insulating: Yes(8KV/mm ASTM D149) Flammability: V-0 Typical height tolerance: ±0.1mm Working temperature: -100°C bis +200°C
